Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce for Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped – $0.20
the juice of ½ a lemon – $0.24
6 ozs. plain yogurt – $0.80
½ cup mayonnaise – stock
1 cup crumbled Blue or Gorgonzola cheese – $1.71

Directions:
1. Whisk together the first 4 ingredients. Add the cheese, stirring well to combine. Serve with carrot and celery sticks.
